The Census shows his mother, father, Flax Dresser, Six brothers, William 15 years, Robert 12 years, Alexander 8 years, Richard 6 years, John 2 years, and James, under 1 year., and two sisters, Ellen, 11 years and Catherine, 2 years, living there.

Henry married Margaret McNeice, Nee Munce, on the 14th February 1915.

Henry joined the Royal Irish Rifles.

He was posted as part of the British Expeditionary Forces to France on the 4th of October 1915.

Henry McNeice was a Rifleman in the 15th Battalion Royal Irish Rifles when he was Killed In Action on the 1st of July 1916.

A local newspaper states.

Rifleman Henry McNeice, Royal Irish Rifles, who had been missing since 1st July 1916, is now reported killed on that date. His widow lives at 67 Tobergill Street, Belfast.

A Dependant Pension Form shows his wife Margaret, born 5th March 1892, as claimant.

Henrys Soldiers Effects were left to his widow Margaret.
