Private George McAuley, Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, who resided with his parents at 152 Sugarfield Street Belfast, prior to joining the army, died of wounds on the 17th inst.

His Pension Applications Form shows his mother Mary as claimant.
A Dependant Application Form shows both parents as claimants. His mother is shown as having died on the 24th of December 1925 on the form also.
He received the British War Medal, Victory Medal and 1914-1915 Star.
He is Remembered at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Belgium.
