Joseph Moore, son of John Moore, lived with his wife and children at of 76 Beresford Street, Shankill, Belfast.

Joseph married Margaret Anne Moore, Nee Speers, on the 2nd April 1896 within Saint Stephens Church of Ireland Church, Belfast.

They went on to have children, some of which names and dates of births are as follows, John born 22nd February 1697, Hannah born 10th October 1905, Evelyn born 16th March 1908, Joseph born 16th March 1908, Elizabeth Speers born 9th March 1910, Thomas born 26th October 1912.

Joseph joined the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.

He was posted as part of the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force on the 11th July 1915.

Joseph was a Private in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers when he Died of Dysentery aboard H.S Arcadian on the 28th August 1915.
