Description

Ulster Echo 1914 - Descriptive account of two bomb attempts to blow up the Kibble Palace conservatory in the Botanical Gardens in Glasgow by a Suffragist group. The first explosive was disabled by an on-duty groundsman while the second bomb detonated, smashing twenty-seven panels of glass.
