Belfast Telegraph, Saturday 26 October 1912 - Satirical postcard printed by Messrs. W. & G. Baird depicting a fictionalised Donegall Place in Belfast as it would appear when the Government of Ireland Bill became law. The image shows a derelict City Hall amongst burnt out crumbling shops fronts and cattle wandering the streets.
