The image portrays two men ready to cut the tail off an Irish 'Home Rule' pig. The caption reads: 'Call Boy (Chief Whip) - 'Irish Pig Ready?' Manager Asquith - 'Not yet. Nobody shall say we rushed this star turn before we'd thought it out. Send the Welsh rabbit on to keep 'em quiet'.
