The image depicts Redmond driving four pigs representing Connaught, Munster, Leinster and S.W. Ulster towards Home Rule, whilst a fifth pig representing N.E. Ulster walks in the opposite direction. The caption reads: 'Mr. Redmond - "Full steam ahead! (Aside) I wonder will I lave this countrairy little divil loose the way he'd come back himself aftherwards?"'
